Refrigerator freezing
Model Number: frs26hf6bw6 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
My Frigidaire side by side keeps freezing in the lower refrigerator side. I have replaced both of the temperature controls and still have this problem. Any more ideas before I junk it!

I have noticed that down at the bottom of the refrigerator there is a opening to the freezer approximately 4x4 in size and also a damper up at the top with the temperature controls. whats the use of a damper if there is a hole at the bottom that continues to supply freezing air to the refrigerator at all times?
