Model Number: plhs67egsb4 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
what may cause my refrigerator not to cool, its running just like normal, the compressor is working but both internal temperatures are over 60deg f. please help me

get into freezer and remove inner back panel. 1/4" hex screws. evaporator coils & fan located here. see if it is frozen over. If so, thaw (unplug) and it should go back to the correct temps in the freezer & fridge within 6-8 hours.
You likely still have an underlying problem, evap heating element should be checked for continuity, defrost timer should be checked to see if it is working etc. Try ************************.com. They have some decent repair videos |
