My Samsung French Door refrigerator was recently damaged in a cross-town move. The stainless steel doors are dented as well as both side panels. I had an appliance repair shop come out to give me an estimate and they stated that the dents in the side panels could have been caused by shifting insulation inside the casing. I was told that if a fridge is left unplugged for a long time (mine was unplugged for about 5 hours), that the insulation can shift on it's own, causing indentations. Has anyone ever heard of such a thing?

I'm not the Samsung expert but I've seen a lot of other refrigerators and never heard about such things.
