Unhappy Blicking Red Light in Freezer no Ice

My side by side freezer was making ice continually and I had no red light on my sensor. I had a repair man out who diagnosed photo sensors weren't working and needed replacing. I ordered part number 4389102 and received it on Saturday. I removed the old emitter module and receiver board and replaced them with the new parts I received. With the new sensors installed my sensor light blinks red twice stops and blinks again when I hold in flapper. I had tried to reset by removing ice bin , holding in flapper door and holding door switch in for 5 minutes but I am still receiving blinking red light and no ice.

Make sure, you installed the parts correctly. If everything installed OK- replace the kit again.
Provide the complete model number so I'll check the part number.
