The door on the refrigerator doesn't close all the way and you have to push it in for it to stay closed. We found the lower cam part at Sears and Repair ************ and bought two of them (one at each store - long story). The part number is 2155311 and doesn't look at all like what was/is there. We installed both of them and they did not work. The door made a terrible klunk when opening and closing. We removed the part and though the door closes a bit better it is still not right. We also replaced the seal (that was the first thing we did) thinking that was the problem but now we just have a new (sort of expensive) seal and the door still isn't flush and doesn't close properly. What do I do now? Is it the lower cam that is the problem or the upper part? I am the poster my husband is the repair person. He is more mechanical than I and I am more adept at the computer. A dangerous combination. We purchased the frig a side by side in March of 1994.
