Kenmore SxS, Frig. half not working

Model Number: 106.54616300 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

I have a Kenmore Elite SxS refrig-freezer (Ser.# SP4644740), in which the refrig. half appears to not be working. The freezer half "seems" to be working, but the frig. half doesn't get very cool. I noticed the bottom coils frosted, but then a short time later, they were defrosted. Is there a repair manual, and how do I proceed next. I can feel air going through the vent from the freezer to the frig. HELP! I have alot of food that I can't afford to let go bad.
