I have an older GE frige that has been used for frige/freezer purposes but disconnected from water for about 6 years (relocated to basement .) I recently ran water to the unit. I connected water to valve and turned on the water supply I get no water to either the ice maker or water dispenser in the door. There is water flow in the supply line. Even the light does not turn on when I push the switch to dispense water, although I have not tested the bulb. I did hear the icemaker "click" to let water enter the well, but no water entered. Is the valve the likely culprite?
