Whirlpool side by side, Model KSRT25CRSS01 (June 2006)
The fan in the freezer has been running for 3 days straight. Both sides are cold. The evaporator coils are mostly frozen and the drain line is plugged at the top of the catch basin in the freezer. The condenser coils are clean and the fan works fine. The drain pan is dried out. I'm wondering if its not the defrost thermometer P/N 2321799 or something more serious? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated before I have to call the pros in!
