water module lever unit

Model Number: ei23cs55gs1 Brand: Electrolux Age: 1 - 5 years

I would like to know if the face plate comes off the door to get at the water module unit . I dont want to break it. I bought the new unit and have to install it .

Hi.

You must remove the screw to the fascade under the drip tray.
The fascade can now be removed by pulling on straightout at the top corner and working you way around the frame pulling it out of the grove in the door.
