Model Number: TFX28PPD Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
I have to replace the water inlet valve on this fridge. I am having difficulty in removing the flex tubing from the existing valve. The tubing looks like just pushed in the coupling.

Yes most of them are pushed in now. On the valve there is a white ring where the tube is pressed in. Press in on the ring and pull out on the tube at the same time. Refrigerator repair guide
