Hi.

Check if the condenser fan (located at the back near the compressor) and evaporator fan (located inside the freezer) are both running.

Check if the condenser coils are clean.

Check if the evaporator coils are blocked with snow.

Post the results.

no fan inside freezer running, is it up top? both sides
are very cold on bottom. they also have no water @ door, but can hear pump running, could this be due to an unchanged filter?

Hi.

Remove the rear cover in the freezer, get access to the evaporator motor.
Using the multimeter check if there 120VAC to the evaporator motor.(door switch should be pressed in).

For the correct pars numbers provide COMPLETE model, serial and manufacture numbers.

Post the result of the test.

Sorry, correct model # ARS2664AC/ ser # 0007198642. cant check til this eve., if 120 @ motor is that the answer?
