Ice will not dispense thru trap door
Model Number: MSD2454GRW Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
We have a Maytag refrig with water & ice dispenser that can be accessed from the outside of the frig. Ice will dispense when holding a cup to the switch but the ice just sits in the trap door. The "trap" does not open. Is there some type of switch or magnet that needs to be replaced in order for the trap door to open? Maytag mode MSD2454GRW
