Hi,
You need to take a close look at the water line that is between the water inlet valve and the dispenser to find the leak.

Based on the source on the leaky water heater, the difficulty can be effectively sorted out by only tightening up screws which usually keep the pressing assistance valve, and it may well end up in boiler change. Many factors that cause water heater leaking will be from the pipes links or gaskets of the power alleviation device. Also, it is plausible that the trigger from the dripping trouble is because water lines getting in as well as away from the water boiler.
