Water is coming from somewhere and collecting on the bottom of the fridge, under the plastic drawers. It is very hot and humid here right now; if this is coming from the automatic defroster, where is the tube that I keep hearing about that may be frozen shut??

If you are talking about a top-freezer the drain is most likely stopped up. If you pull the refrigerator out there may be a drain going down the back of the refrigerator. If so the trap at the top is where it is probably clogged. If there is no drain on the back you will have to remove the cover off the back of the freezer to access drain. Under the coils there should be a hole clean all the ice off the hole and force hot water down the drain until it is clear. Then mix water and baking soda and pour it down the drain.

If you are talking about a side-by-side the water reservoir may be leaking remove the bins and check for leaks.

Regardless of what type of refrigerator it may be sweating from the humidity typically if this were the case there would be water droplets all over the inside of the fresh food section not just under the bins. If this is the case you may have a bad door gasket or you may just need to turn the energy saver off. Hope this helps!! Refrigerator repair guide
