Ice and water dispenser not working

Model Number: 59592 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

Both the ice and water dispenser on my side by side Kenmore is not dispensing water or ice. When I open the freezer door, the light works so I'm assuming the door switch is working. I changed the water filter and I could hear water entering the filter. The Ice maker works. I unplugged the refrigerater for 15 minutes and plugged it back up but still nothing.
