Looks like a great forum!
I have a GE profile side by side, about 8 years old. Recently it has had a problem in that the refrigerator side is too cold. It recommends the setting to be 39 and 0 on the digital display but runs about 33 and 3 making it a very large freezer. I've done some searching here but have not found this situation.
Thanks

If you have a meter, I can help. Also, check the freezer temperature to verify your past measurement.

Assuming the fridg is running constantly, the freezer temperature should be colder than 3 degrees. Pull the freezer back panel off and describe the frost pattern, heavy frost all over, or partial, light frost?
