I purchased a Frame lower pan part for the refrigerator and found that parts had to be installed from the old one. I could not figure out how to remove the Guide rail (middle t/v) from the old one in order to install it in the new one. Where would I find those directions? I called GE and they said they just sold parts and did not provide diagrams for replacing the components to those parts. What a scam. :(
