The paddle that you hold in with the glass has snapped off, I see the replacement part is available, I have not yet seen the replacement part(s) and what it consists of. Is this repair doable from a home repair or is it too large of a job and it requires service call? Thank you

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for PLHS67EESBO models | AppliancePartsPros.com

If you click on the part's picture a new page will open, often with more views and a Q&A section.

Here is a manual which should help you decide if you want to try replacing it yourself.

I am not 100% sure that it matches your unit but it should be close.
