Technician states I need new evaporator fan motor and wants $110 for part and two hours labor ($320 total). I want to fix myself but need some idea how tough it will be to install the new evaporator fan motor. Freezer is still cold, but refrigerator too warm.

Fairly easy, just remove freezer back panels, locate the evaporator motor and replace with part #AP3845420, about $28 plus shipping.
While you have the evaporator motor out, plug it into 115 volts to make sure it is bad.
