replacing the Actuator on my Frigdaire

Model Number: 241685703 Brand: Electrolux Age: 1 - 5 years

I have the replacement part. But I don’t have the specs on the instillation.
This is the pedal that is pushed to distribute water into a drinking glass. I'm not sure if the frame that surrounds the water and ice pedals just pops off or not to access were it needs to be installed?
