refrigerator not working

Model Number: 253.55673402 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years

all the lights are working but the refrigerator and freezer have stopped working....please help with some potential answers.

more info. temps in refg/ freezer ,do hear any fans running.

If nothing working, you might have a blown adaptive defrost computer part #
