My ice maker stopped working earlier this week. With the freezer door open, the LED flashes twice/pauses/flashes twice. When I close the flapper the LED stays on solid. There were cubes in the ice maker, but they would not eject. I pulled the unit out and melted the cubes. I also did a visual inspection for broken gears, etc. Everything looked ok. Reinstalled unit, and nothing has happened. I have not performed any electrical tests as yet. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike

UPDATE: After the R&R of the unit, it seems to be working normally. Is this an indication that the IM is on it's way out, or was it just a stuck batch of ice for some reason?
