A friend's Maytag refrigerator started leaking water in the back. She discovered that it was a drain tube coming off the icemaker and out the backend of the freezer (freezer over, refrigerator under). She shut off the water line and has not been using her icemaker. I'm thinking that I either need to adjust the water level or tinker with the unit a little or just replace the whole thing. I'm writing to see if anyone has experienced this before and if someone who has "been there and done that" might be able to offer me some guidance.
