The fridge is keeping a temp of 48 and the freezer was at 8+, but since I attempted to remove the panel inside the freezer today to check if the coils were frozen, it was at 50 but now is at a steady 45.

My issue is that I could not figure how to remove the panel on the inside of the freezer. There is a fan in the way and above the two light fixtures there was another cover and I didn't know if I was supposed to remove that too. Is there anyone that can direct me to the procedure to do this?

I also removed the lower panel on the back of the fridge and there was something at the bottom on the freezer side which was caked with dust, so I vac'd. The water pan was dry.
