Hi - I have a 3 year old Kenmore Coldspot refrigerator with the freezer compartment on top, model #106.74202402. Evaporator keeps icing up, indicating a defrost problem. Manually defrost, ices up again in 5 to 10 days, about 50% iced up. Does this refrigerator have a defrost timer, or is it a circuit board? Where is it located? Looking for any help/advice.
