my refrigerator is freezen everything on the botton and the top is good, what could be the problem? thanks.

Here are your parts Replacement parts for Amana SX23VE REF - SXS/I&W | AppliancePartsPros.comIs the vent lower down on the side wall between the fresh food and freezer sections clear on both sides of food etc. What is the freezer temperature, should be between 0 and 5 degrees F? Could be it is set too cold or there is a problem with the thermostat (Item 1402 in Section 8) What is the fresh food section temperature. It should be around 38 to 40 degrees F. The thermometer should be on a center shelf. The amount of cold air entering the fresh food side is controlled by a damper ( Item 222 in Section 8). It has it's own thermostat which opens/closes the damper door perhaps this is stuck open. |
