Intermittent problem, but mostly not working. (filter has been changed).

My question is how do I access the control board in door. From Outside or inside and can we share "how to info".

I suspect the control board because I have ruled out the activator switch because it will operate the other two functions. And it does seem that when it works it shoots a good stream (not clogged and the solenoid opens nicely). I feel that the three position switch is bad (part of the control board). And it could be the board itself. It is described as a time delay board. And I assume that is needed to prevent operation of the wrong function when switching between functions. At any rate I want to access the board and test for voltage to the Solenoid. I would assume the solenoid to be in the rear of the machine. This is very hard to access because of an island that was added and is too close for an old guy like myself to manage unless absolutely necessary.

I am a retired Supermarket refrigeration tech but appliances were never my field. So I am asking for HELP from a pro. Especially in disassembling to prevent damaging the looks of the machine.It would be appreciated.
