I have a Whirlpool refrigerator that we purchased in October of 2011. It has been leaking water onto the floor. We don't know from where exactly, but it seems to be in the middle of the unit. We have had 2 tech's out on three different occasions. Neither of them were able to find the problem. The first guy ran water through the lines and checked the defrost pan... no problems with lines and no cracks in pan. He did saiy the coupler wasn't fastened tight enough so he tightened that, but we still had leaks. He came back out but still couldn't locate the issue. Said that it may be a stray ice cube, but we have puddles of water... too much for ice cubes (i think). My husband pulled the fridge out this past weekend and another tech came to look at it and still couldn't find a problem. We are very frustrated and our flooring is getting ruined with all this water. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi.

Put several paper towel sheets on the floor under the refrigerator and check periodically for wet spots.
After you will locate the spot it'll easier to fix the problem.
