Please help this single lady. After a thunderstorm the power went out and after the power lines were fixed my refrigerator/freezer do not work. The Freezer is not freezing. It is blowing cool air from the top where it makes the ice but not cold enough. I opened the top flap and it is blowing cool air. The refrigerator part is also cool but not cold. The temperature is kept at 4 for both sides and I increased it but it is still cool only. Everything else the lights seem to be working. I can't afford to buy another one. This one is in good condition. Please help me fix my refrigerator. Sandy,:(

Remove the back panel and check the compressor, should be warm and vibrating and the condensing coils warm.
