I have removed freezer/frigerator contents. I have used hot water & hair dryer to melt ice build-up. The rear wall of my freezer does not have any screws, snaps, clips, etc. by with to remove it. How do I get to th edrain tube to clear it of any blockage so that I may return to using this GE for food storage rather than a daily ice/water mopping hobby?:)

I found it on my own. For those of you who have been turned away by the kind people at the GE help desk and told to set up a service call, first unplug your gts20icncww, clear the freezer, remove the ice maker, then remove the screw cap near the ice maker power conection. Remove the cover from the icemaker power service area and then remove the back wall of your freezer. Have the hair dryer ready and be patient. I spent 1.5 hrs defrosting the drain tube. Reassemble in opposite order. If all goes well you will be freezing again in no time.
