The ice maker constantly runs out of ice and lately it makes ice at a very slow pace. Is there a way to increase the production of ice?

I don't have a way to actually measure the temp in the freezer but your question got me thinking....I turned it up two settings and now the ice is making faster and coming out faster.

Thanks for the tip!

I guess the food in the freezer was fine but it just wasn't cold enough for the ice.

You are welcome.
If you have an ice cream in the freezer - it can be very good temperature indicator.
