Tray filled & frozen, but doesn't dump ice. Shutoff arm (your part # AP4077996) not damaged, but doesn't detent in upper "off" or lower "on" position. Arm hangs down & appears not connected. Any diagnostic steps or voltage checks would be appreciated to determine specific part failure. Thanks,
