Here are your parts Replacement parts for Maytag RTT2100DAE REF - TOP MOUNT | AppliancePartsPros.com Problem 1. Top rack- my water bottles stored in the back, far right hand corner, are freezing up in the refrigerator. You may have the fresh food temperature set too low. The dial should open/close a vent (Item 3 in Section 4). Also check that the freezer temperature is OK should be between 0 and 5 degrees F. Problem 2. Heavy condensation inside of refrigerator. When I open door water drips onto floor. Check the temperature should be around 40 degrees F. Also check the door seal. Take a 2 inch strip of paper and put it between the seal and the frame and then pull it out to check the seal. Work your way around the door. Problem 3. A stream of water observed leaking/coming out from bottom of refrigerator. Your unit has a switch (Item 12 in Section 4) that turns on a heater in the frame. Turn it on. They may have labelled it as Econo or something like that in which case you turn Econo off. |

I turned the fresh food dial up with no problem. When I attempted to turn the freezer dial I broke something. Now the dial spins freely. Can that be replaced? Ref: Problem 2. I haven't checked the door seal yet. If it is not sealing properly, how hard is it to remove and replace with a new seal? Ref: Problem 3. Could you please tell me where to look for the switch that turns on the heater? Thank you for taking the time to help me resolve these problems!!! Paul

Ref: Problem 1. I turned the fresh food dial up with no problem. When I attempted to turn the freezer dial I broke something. Now the dial spins freely. Can that be replaced? Yes it can be repaired. Depands what broke, take a look at section 4 in trhe parts. Ref: Problem 2. I haven't checked the door seal yet. If it is not sealing properly, how hard is it to remove and replace with a new seal? Usually it is not that hard. Looking at the gasket and liner (section 5, it is [probably held on by screws under the seal.
