We have recently begun to notice a pretty major drip through the subfloor into the basement. Thought at first it was something faulty with the water pipes or drains but we think we've isolated it to the refrigerator. Seems to be spilling water onto the tile floor underneath during the defrost cycles, then finding it's way to the subfloor and to the basement. Can't figure out how to fix this problem. Can't find our way to a drip pan or even to a drain that could be plugged. Help??? Thanks.

Sounds like the drain may be clogged but we need a model number to give accurate advice. Refrigerator Leaking Repair Guide
