Electrical Wire Connectors
 

The receptors on the replacement relay (pn 2188830) for the compressor relay are not the same size as the old one. Do I need to replace the connectors or buy additional wire with corect size connectors? Also, I had three clearly marked connections (white, blue and red wires) on the old device, but I see only two on the replacement device--what did I miss.

Old relay part number is 2212194

compressor type is EGY 90

Part ID (new relay) is also 820 1786

The start device with the part number 8201786, which is APP Part number: AP3885081



is the correct part for your refrigerator. It comes with the installation instructions, so you would be able to choose the right piece for your compressor.
