ice dispenser recess-how to replace liner

Model Number: TPH21PRSmWW Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years

This model has an ice and water dispenser in the freezer door. the liner of the recess has yellowed with age, and I want to install a new one. How do I get the old one out? Does the chrome trim around it just pop off from the front?
