We have had problems with constant running and freezing on a previously owned refrigerator. After thorough cleaning, check of defrost timer and heater/thermostat, I’ve concluded it was a bad thermostat. I’ve replaced it, but still have the problem. I’m not sure that the routing is correct. The capillary exits the control panel at the top front of the refrigerator box and proceeds on the ceiling to the back where it sits in a groove surrounding the entrally placed cold air outlet. The capillary tip is uncovered on the replacement, and the one which was replaced had a white tube to the end (or the end was broken off?). Thermostat is set to 1 and we still get freezing of items in the top shelf. Any advice on routing and a tech sheet would be appreciated. Thanks
