Our GE Profile side by side has two vent openings on each side of the freezer and refrigerator that blow cold air inside. These vents are verticle one above the other and located on the pillar between the compartments. The top vents, on both sides of the compartments, work and I can feel the cold air being blown through, but the the lower vents don't.

I have cleaned the coils in the front and rear of the Profile, but it hasn't changed anything. There is no ice buildup in the back of the freezer.

Any thoughts?
