Working on a Samsung RB1855SW - XAA refrigerator, circa 2003.
Bottom line, compressor won't run, due to lack of 115V at compressor terminals. Condenser fan motor runs, just no compressor. I installed a Compressor Test Jig and wired it up & the compressor runs fine.
As best as I can see, the problem is (A) the PCB Board (relay) has failed, or (B) there is a thermistor sensor that has failed, that would tell the relay to energize.
I have been all over the Web looking for a Service Manual for the above but to no avail.
Can anyone advise on this situation or where I can get Technical Support.
Thanks,

Looks like the original manual was written in Korean. There is a lot of confusing and awkward words, phrases, and sentences when it was translated.:(
Lesson learned on this one.......NOT to work on any Samsung Refrigerators again. No Technical Support and parts are not easy to find.
