I just received new defrost heater for Kenmore refrigerator (bottom freezer) yesterday and need some help installing. Model #596.71102101

This heater is a long "L" shaped loop. I've removed all panels, etc. the clips (2 at bottom) and disconnected the heater. Now, how do I get the old heater out and new old in? Do I need to remove the coils since it's wrapped around them. Or is there a simpler way?

I appreciate an answer asap as the fridge is currently uplugged and everything is out of the freezer. Thanks in advance!
