We have a LG LFC21760 refrigerator (french door style with bottom freezer) and recently discovered that the food inside the freezer are not as frozen as they should be. We discovered semi-melted ice cream and ice that have been melted and refrozen. The freezer’s temperature is set to 0º C as recommended by the manual and there is no ice built up inside the freezer. The refrigerator part is cooling fine. The refrigerator was bought brand new about 2 years ago and we have not had any problems in the past. Any thoughts and ideas are welcome.
