Need to replace icemaker bin auger drum
 

The icemaker bin auger drum has broken and I need to replace it. I've taken apart the ice maker bin and removed the auger. However, I have no idea how to get the blade assembly off to get to the drum. I looked up the diagram but still don't understand how to get the blade assembly off. Can anyone either give me or direct me to where I might find detailed directions on how to go about replace the auger drum? I used to be able to ask my Dad how to do things like this but he is now deceased and my husband and father-in-law only know how to fix things if duct tape the the only "tool" needed. Thank you in advance for any replies.

After staring at the diagram and the auger for quite a while, I figured out how to get it apart. We'll have ice dispensed within the hour.
