Door flap does not always close on my dispenser after ice drops. Noticed crack in ice dispenser crusher cover. Didn't realize it was the cover that was broken and ordered the Housing crusher dispenser instead.
Took out ice drawer and looking at this have no idea how to get into it to disassemble. can you help with instructions?

Also having frost build up inside door at top of ice chute- maybe this is causing the door to stay open or maybe door being open causes frost? Once door stays open, causing problems with ice dropping, everything backs up ice falls all over the floor, dog loves it, I do not. Ice gets trapped in crusher blades, tired of sticking my fingers up the dispenser to clear the ice out and frustrated when the thing spits water all over me too . Any help wold be appreciated.
