Model Number: KSSP48QKS00 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
My Fridge and Freezer warmed up and would not maintain temperature. I called a service repair technician and he diagnosed a Fan Motor or Control Board as the problem. He used a voltmeter and determined it was the Fan Motor. I ordered and replaced the part myself, however I am unable to get the Fan motor to operate. I followed the instruction of holding the reset and power button for three seconds. I also replaced the control board and still nothing. What am I missing? Do you have a step by step procedure after re-installing a Fan Motor? The Control Board (new) is working fine.
