I just replaced the ice maker and after 3 hours it has not filled. It did rotate when installed so that seems to work. The ice maker was replaced after several problems, the last being that it over filled until water ran out of the freezer.

Did you check the water valve before you replaced the ice maker?

What is the exact temperature in the freezer?
