I have a side by side model Kenmore and it is not able to get cold. Neither the ice box nor the freezer are at the correct temperature. We replaced the overload relay but it still will not become cold enough to store things in. What part do we need to replace to fix this problem?

Check the compressor in the back, if it is warm and vibrating, it's running, but not pumping refrigerant, either out of refrigerant or a bad compressor.
