HELP!! Need to resolve immediately
Model Number: HSS251FMD WW Brand: Hotpoint Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a Hotpoint side by side refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice/water dispenser. About a week ago we experienced extreme hot weather ranging from 102 to 105 and since that time, my freezer will not peak the desired temperature nor will my fridge. Nothing is freezing and the freezer side is like the fridge, and the fridge is warm. There is power going to the unit and the interior lights are still functioning, so I am wondering if it is just like a thermostat that went out in the unit or if there is something simple that I can do to fix the problem???
