Smile Ice in bottom of freezer
Model Number: Et18PKXGW00   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 5 - 10 years   

I keep getting ice in the bottom of freezer and the drain tube is frozen,i open the tube up with help of a hairdryer,good for a short time then it happens again,also water gets in the bottom of refrigerator any ideals?

Remove the cover on the back of the fridge and check the other end of the drain hose for clog.

The hose is open because i can run water throught it,into the drain pan.
