KENMORE (Bottom Freezer refrigerator) RUNNING BUT NOT COOLING

Model Number: 59675509400 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years

We first noticed that the food in the freezer was melting. Originally thought someone forgot to shut door all the way. Few hours later, everything was defrosted and noticed that refrigerator was not cooling either.

After much research we have done the following with no success:

Cleaned coils from front.
Removed back panel and cleaned from back.
tested the temperature
all fans are working.
removed start/relay (sounds like everything is in tact)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! We have lost all the food in both the refrigerator and freezer.
