freezer fine, refrigerator not cold

Model Number: BCI21CW Brand: Amana Age: 5 - 10 years

The freezer ( on the bottom) seems to be working fine, but it is not blowing cold air up into the refrigerator. The vent in the freezer is not blocked and I make sure it stays clear, but there is no cold air blowing into the refrigerator.
